Terms of use

1. Who you are dealing with

AI on Artur.Work at https://ai.artur.work is operated by a one-person business registered in Slovakia. You can reach it at [email protected].

2. What the service is

This site is a gateway to AI models built by other companies. You choose a model, we pass your request to the provider that serves it, and we return the result to you. We do not build the models and we do not control what they produce.

You can also share your own hardware with the network and earn credit for work it does for other users.

If you sell work on your own hardware, everything you publish to the public gallery must be a real run of your listing on your own machine, and a pipeline you offer must call AI vendors with an API key - never a consumer subscription such as Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus/Pro, which is for its subscriber alone. A listing that breaks this is removed.

Work you send to a community machine goes to that seller's computer and to the AI vendors its listing declares. Each listing names them before you send.

3. Your account

You need an account to spend credit. Keep your password and your API keys to yourself: anything done with your key is treated as done by you. An API key is shown once, when it is issued, and cannot be recovered afterwards - only replaced.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

4. Credit and payment

You pay in advance. The amount you top up is what you receive on your balance as credit; VAT that applies to you is added on top and shown before you pay. The price of a request is shown before you send it and is taken from that balance.

Credit is not money held on your behalf. It pays for work on this site, it does not earn interest, and it cannot be transferred to another account. Credit earned by sharing hardware works the same way.

If you are charged for something the service did not deliver, write to us and we will correct it. For unused credit, write to us as well - we look at those case by case rather than pretending a rule covers every situation.

5. What you may not send

Do not use the service for anything illegal where you are or where we are, for material that sexualises children, for impersonating someone in order to deceive, or for breaking into systems or accounts.

The provider you route to has its own rules about what its model may be asked for, and those apply to your request as well. Which provider serves your request is shown before you send it.

We may close an account that breaks this section, and we will say why.

6. What you make

Whatever rights you have in what you send and in what comes back are yours; we claim none of them. We store your requests and results only to run the service and to show them back to you, for as long as your own retention setting says. See What we keep, and for how long.

We do not use your prompts, your uploads or your results to train any model, and we do not sell them.

7. Availability

The service is offered as it is, on a best-effort basis, with no uptime guarantee. That is stated plainly in Service level, and the live figures behind it are on Status.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Do not rely on this service where a wrong or missing answer would be dangerous or costly.

9. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, and it happens automatically. What is deleted and what is kept is set out in Deleting your account.

10. Law, changes and language

Slovak law applies. If you are a consumer, the consumer protections of the country you live in still apply to you.

These terms can change. Changes are published on this page, and using the service after that means you accept them. If a change is one you cannot accept, delete your account.
